Return Policy:
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required

How To Start A Return:
1. Email support@freezeora.com with your 
   order number
2. Tell us the reason for your return
3. We will send return instructions within 
   24–48 hours
4. Ship the item back to us
5. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days

Exchanges:
Want a different product? We are happy to 
exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. 
Contact us and we will sort it out right away!

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to your original payment 
method (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
- Items without proof of purchase

Return Shipping Cost:
- Defective or wrong items: FREE return shipping
