Having an Issue With Your Order?

We are here to help! Here are the most common 
order issues and how we handle them:

❌ Wrong Item Received:
Contact us within 7 days at support@freezeora.com 
with a photo of the item received. We will send 
the correct item immediately at no charge.

📦 Item Arrived Damaged:
Send us a photo of the damage to 
support@freezeora.com within 7 days of delivery. 
We will replace it or issue a full refund.

🕐 Order Not Arrived:
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business 
days, contact us and we will investigate 
immediately.

🚫 Order Marked Delivered But Not Received:
1. Check with neighbors or building reception
2. Check all entry points of your property
3. If still missing, contact us within 3 days 
   of the marked delivery date

🔄 Want To Cancel Your Order:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of 
placing them. Email us immediately at 
support@freezeora.com with your order number.
