We want you to be completely happy with your Freezeora purchase.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible Items:
All products including Sleek Auto Juicer, JuicyBoost Juicer, 
Wireless Portable Juicer, Ninja NeverClog Cold Press Juicer, 
Bosch VitaPower, NTMY Portable Air Conditioner Fan, Handheld 
Vacuum, Geedel Food Chopper, Electric Peeler, JOYMOOP Spinner, 
Laser Igniter, and External Pipe Threading Tool.

Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

How to Return:
Email support@freezeora.com with your order number and reason 
for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive 
and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at 
support@freezeora.com with a photo and we will replace it 
or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless 
the item is defective or incorrect.
